Training

Training sessions with the squad are always a lot of fun and a laugh but feel like you have had a good workout by the end of the session.

 

There will be 2 training sessions a week,one fitness based, and one skills based of which you will be expected to attend  for your team. Attendance is kept and taken into account when picking the team for matches.

. Monday's @ 5.45 - 8.30 with fitness session included in the first hour.

. Wednesday's @ 2.00 - 4.00

 

We play in the SouthEastern 2A division of the BUCS league, which is suitable for players of all abilities. Games take place on Wednesday afternoon at 2pm.

 

If you have boots please bring them with you but for first session trainers are fine. A gum sheild is also handy if you have one !
