Women's Rugby is a fun and exciting way to get fit and make new friends! We are a friendly bunch of girls with a passion for the sport that has grown so much over the past few years. So why not give it a go? A brief introduction to Women's Rugby featuring fun games and ball skills. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting muddy, a gum sheild and boots if you have them.
